Live Wise was founded on the sense of living life in a wise manner. This is different for everyone and we believe in the notion of bio-individuality, that everyone is different and therefore has different needs and desires. Our philosophy is to assist each person on how to embrace and move through feelings of sadness, anxiety, anger, societal pressures and difficult life challenges to create a life that better serves the individual. Trey is a seasoned therapist/coach with over a decade of experience working in the mental health field. Trey, at times, integrates holistic health coaching (food and other alternative health information) and fitness training in his work with clients. Trey has extensive work with men on issues around role identity, healthy emotional expression, moving through all types of emotional discomfort, and becoming more in tune with who they are and where they want to go in their lives. Trey utilizes mindfulness meditation in many of his interventions. Health coaching and fitness programming are also options upon request.
