Exploring the Mind: A Meditation Course
As an alternative to one on one coaching, Live Wise recognizes that some people respond better to courses that are more autonomous and allow the individual to log in and out when they feel called to do the work. This option allows the individual to learn at their pace and practice regularly without the guidance of a live therapeutic intervention. Many people gain a lot from the courses as they can listen, replay, and utilize them time and time again to allow the information and practices to really stick.
