Mindfulness
At the center of Live Wise’s purpose is helping people to align most closely to their authenticity and truth. We’ve all had so much experiences that have shaped us into our current selves and some of that has created better unity with authenticity; however, some of these shaping have pulled us further away. Mindfulness, awareness, and intentionality are our main tools to recenter us and understand our thoughts and behaviors. This is crucial to create change but only a portion. Trey often says that insight is only as good as the actions we take to change. That said, without awareness we can’t see what we old patterns we are holding onto that no longer serve us. Without awareness, we stay stagnant, which is why meditation and various mindfulness practices are the foundation of what we do. Here are some of our mindfulness offerings to help you start or continue on your journey of self-growth.
Mindfulness Mentor Community Circle (MMCC)
The Mindfulness Mentor Community Circle or MMCC is the core community offering from Live Wise. This group joins like-minded folks that are beginning or deep into their self-growth journey. The MMCC is an integrative space where mindfulness meditation is at the center. We combine meditation, various teachings like Mindfulness of Body, Compassion, Somatics, Mindfulness of Thoughts and many other topics that pull us deeper into alignment with our own individual authenticity. In these groups, a mentor leads mindfulness practice, teachings and facilitates group dialogue to make the circles relevant and safe to explore self. If you’re interested in Live Wise and want a better understanding of our offerings, this is a good place to start. Groups open at the start of the month and are closed after the first circle has begun to allow deeper connection an safety between members of the community. Retreats
Retreat can be a beautiful way to connect with self and step away from regular life to go inward. Live Wise helps to facilitate many types of retreats from nature and adventure based, to rites of passage, silent meditation and even online from the comfort of your own home.
